In the Quran
فَٱنطَلَقَا حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا رَكِبَا فِى ٱلسَّفِينَةِ خَرَقَهَا ۖ قَالَ أَخَرَقْتَهَا لِتُغْرِقَ أَهْلَهَا لَقَدْ جِئْتَ شَيْـًٔا إِمْرًۭا
تو دونوں چل پڑے۔ یہاں تک کہ جب کشتی میں سوار ہوئے تو (خضر نے) کشتی کو پھاڑ ڈالا۔ (موسیٰ نے) کہا کیا آپ نے اس لئے پھاڑا ہے کہ سواروں کو غرق کردیں یہ تو آپ نے بڑی (عجیب) بات کی
So they twain set out till, when they were in the ship, he made a hole therein. (Moses) said: Hast thou made a hole therein to drown the folk thereof? Thou verily hast done a dreadful thing.
